The equipment is a complete moulding cell to produce takeaway containers of 500ml and 650ml capacity with a common lid, comprising:
A) 2 x SSB NS300 injection moulding machines (2002) with accumulatoor on injection
- 1 x 4 cavity 500ml container mould for 300T machine
- 1 x 4 cavity lid mould for 300T machine

B) 1 x SSB NS400 injection moulding machine (2002) with accumulator on injection
- 1 x 4 cavity 650ml container mould for 400T machine
- 1 x 8 cavity lid mould (fits in 400T, but needs higher tonnage machine)

- Cycle times for all moulds are stated to be around 10 - 12 seconds.
